Ad-Air reaches "a captive audience of millions of premium international passengers" by placing advertisements of 20,000m2, approx 5 acres in size (that's 3 times the size of Old Trafford), flat on the ground alongside the flight paths in and out of the world’s busiest airports.
Interesting sales pitch: "Traditional roadside billboards tend to be seen by the same people day in day out; for example couriers, commercial drivers and people who live and work in close proximity. On the other hand Ad-Air advertisements are seen by a higher proportion of unique viewers as very few people fly on a daily basis." Nice eh?
One of a number of people who have 'sold their bodies' for advertising purposes - GoldenPalace.com added Kari Smith's forehead to their inventory which includes more than 100 arms, legs, chests and backs.
